My Week in Makeup - January

Hello Everyone!

 

There has been a serious lack of blogging in the last couple of weeks, but that is due to events that were out of my hands. I started school this week so there have been many preparations for this semester. My laptop has also decided that it might be time to retire, which isn't good for school or blogging. The good news is that my new laptop should be arriving very soon as well as a new camera (yay for better quality pictures). 

 

Since I haven't been able to make a FOTD post, I thought it would be fun to do "my week in makeup." This is basically the makeup I wore Monday through Friday to go out with friends or to run errands. My face makeup remained the same this week as I was trying new products (I will not bore you and repeat it over and over again). Please let me know if you like this kind of post as it will really help me out.

 

Monday 

 

 

Face:

- Covergirl Tru Blend Liquid Makeup (Sand Beige)

- Covergirl Tru Blend Fix Stick Concealer (Medium Light): Under my eyes

- MAC Studio Fix Concealer (NW30): On dark spots and blemishes

- Boi-ing Industrial Strength Concealer (03): On anything the MAC concealer didn't fully cover

- Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed Powder (Medium)

- Bourjois Bronzing Powder (52): Contour my cheeks

- Benefit Rockateur blush

 

Eyes:

- Kat Von D Tattoo Liner (Trooper)

- Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner (Stingray): Upper waterline (there is an official name for this but I can't image what I would have to type into google to get the answer haha)

- L'Oreal Silkissime Eyeliner (Highlighter): Bottom waterline

- Bare Escentuals Buxom Lash mascara (Blackest Black)

 

Lips:

- Maybelline Color Elixir (Dashing Orchid)

 

 

 Tuesday

 

 

Face:

- Milani Baked Blush (Luminoso)

- Lorac 3-in-1 Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil (Ultra Black): smudged

- Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner (Stingray): Upper waterline

- L'Oreal Silkissime Eyeliner (Highlighter): Bottom waterline

- Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Volumizing Mascara (Black)

 

Lips:

- Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm (225-Sultry) 

 

Wednesday

 

Face:

- VOV blush: review here

 

Eyes:

- Maybelline Color Tattoo (Nude Pink): All over the lid and blended into the crease

- Car Mela 18 Color Eyeshadow Palette (third color in second row): Blended in the outer corner and into the crease

- Maybelline the Falsies Volum Express Flared (Very Black)

- Maybelline Master Precise Eyeliner (Black)

- Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner (Stingray): Upper waterline

 

Lips:

- Buxom Full-On Lipstick (Amsterdam)

 

Thursday

 

Face:

* Cream Colored Ponies: All over the eyelid

* Woolen Mittens: In the crease

*Crisp Apple Strudel: All over the lid

* Buche de Noel: Outer 1/3 of the lid

* Woolen Mittens and Buche de Noel: Blended under the waterline

* Snowflake: Inner corner and under brow bone

- Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes! 4-in-1 mascara

- Jordana Fabu Liner Liquid Eye Liner (Black)

- Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner (Stingray): Upper waterline

- L'Oreal Silkissime Eyeliner (Highlighter): Bottom waterline

 

Lips:

- Covergirl Smoochies Lip Balm (#text me)

 

Friday

- L'Oreal Infallible the Super Slim Liquid Eyeliner (Black)

- Too Faced  Better Than Sex mascara (Black)

- Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner (Stingray): Upper waterline

 

Lips:

- MAC (Viva Glam V)

- Stila Lip Glaze (Apricot)
