Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color | Elizabeth Vasquez

Hello Everyone!

Since Spring and Summer is quickly approaching, I like to purchase brighter colored products to wear on my lips, checks and eyes. Milani recently released their Lip Intense Liquid Color lip products. In the line there are four different shades: Red Extreme, Pink Rave, Fiery Coral and Violet Addict. As you may guess by the names they include a red, pink, coral and purple shade. I opted for Fiery Coral since I, surprisingly, don't have many coral lip products.

Satisfy your craving for shockingly intense, super-shiny,full lip color with Lip Intense Liquid Color. Lip Intense applies like a highshine gloss, but has the longevity and wear of a lipstick.  The sponge-tip applicator allows for a fast, easy, and precise application. Paraben-free. - Milani

The Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color comes with a soft-tip wand applicator. Since the colors are so bright, I am very happy that it has this type of applicator since it allows for precise application on the lips. The texture of the product is almost of a liquid lipstick, but thicker. The intensity of the color and how it appears on the lips is very similar to that of a lipstick. The product is much more creamy than a lipgloss or lipstick. The formula is neither drying or moisturizing. I like to prep my lips with some sort of lip balm before and I highly suggest so if you have dry lips. These lip products are more on the matte side of the spectrum and not shiny like liquid lip colors tend to be. They are also not sticky and don't seem to bleed on the lips.

The main focus of the Lip Intense Liquid Color products are the colors. These lip products are extremely bright, so what you see is what you get. Once applied to the lips, the color does transfer to cups and such. They seem to have an almost staining power since (although it transfers) much of the color stays on the lips throughout the day. So much color initially goes on that if a bit transfer here and there, it won't make much of a difference. Fiery Coral is the brightest of the four while the other shades tend to be deeper in color. These are extreme in color so be cautious. I really enjoy this lip product and do plan to purchase the remaining colors in the line.

Hope you enjoyed this review :)
What are you most looking forward to in Spring/Summer?
